The Joker and the "Ultimus finis"

The Major Arcana are often considered the journey of the Fool (Ego) through life, and therefore the Fool is always present in the reading and does not need a number. The fool becomes a traveler and meets his astral projection, packaged in the most popular symbol of unpredictability and unawareness of one's own potential - the Joker. The Joker will accompany the astral pilgrim throughout his ascent to the gate that opens the exit from the matrix. His task is to teach his earthly companion how not to fall into a mental trap.

As you know, life is just a game, that is, its only goal is to reach a new level. In esotericism there is the concept of “Awareness”. I will use the concept of "Ultimus finis". Translated from Latin, “Ultimus finis” means “final limit” or “edge”. The word "ultimus" can also mean "furthest". In this context, "finis" means "border". Conditions of the game: “Don’t fall into the trap.” Therefore, it is necessary, no matter what, to preserve your Freedom, which is the highest value in the Universe. But to achieve freedom, the traveler must pass all the tests. As you know, this is done by the Archons (twenty-one major arcana), who guard the matrix. 

These program algorithms use certain game strategies to influence the Mind (Ego) and everyone has their own strategy, be it bribery, passion, greed or fear. All these vices are overcome with the help of such virtues as generosity, honesty and courage, that is, traits that are inherent in Reason. Virtues are his mental weapons with which he guides the traveler to the final stage. In the Tarot deck this is the World card. If the player's accumulated potential exceeds the level allowed in this world, then the Joker transfers the player to a new game.
