The method of correcting the awareness of living one's own life, which I use, I conventionally called: “Conversation with the Shadow.” How to overcome your fears and start living, enjoying seemingly simple things: a cup of real coffee, a call from a person who hasn’t seen you for a long time, or just a walk in the rain?
They tell us: “Learn to live here and now, and then many problems will leave your life and evaporate by themselves.” I think this is true and not entirely true.

I was born in Moscow into a family of engineers. My mother taught at the university and my father worked in the space industry. From early childhood I realized that I live in a strange world where everything is turned upside down. Having grown up, I gave my gravy word to leave the USSR no matter what.
Currently living in the Canaries, I decided to devote myself entirely to art as a means for personal growth. I also devote significant time to raising my son.
